I've had sporadic problems over the past few days in users trying to send emails to another user. Most of the emails are sent, but there were a few that were not delivered with the following error:

Our email is working fine for everyone else...I'ts just this one user...And he does receive most of his internal emails...It's just a few that come back with this error:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

I have had the same issue for about a month.
Really strange one. Very sporadic.
- about 5 people of 300 on 1 of 2 ex servers
- all 5 are in 1 building but there are about 100 other people in the same building w/ no problems.
- most are able to send to the same address at a different time, just not then.

I found out that it was because of some symantec antivirus software for Exchange that I had recently installed...Think it was MAPI/VAPI mode and needed to be MAPI...There was a Microsoft KB article about it after searching based on the error...

No more problems on this end...Not sure if this helps, but that was what was wrong with ours...
