Problems with restore from Java console

I am having the strangest problem. When I try to do a restore using my linux media (not master) server for a client using the Java console I get the following error. However, if I use the Windows interface it works just fine.
The system backs up fine, I can do a bpcoverage on it with no problems from both the master and media servers. This is not a firewall problem, I've checked that already. This problem has just started in the last few weeks. It looks like some kind of authentication error between Bud (master) and Weis (media server), but it only happens with the Java console. The OS is Redhat Linux Enterprise 3, Netbackup Enterprise 5.1MP3AS2.
Thanks for your time,
Mark

Host properties>Servers>(add the media server here)

I should be more clear...

Try adding the media server to the client's host properties>servers tab

Good thought but the media server won't even backup a system unless the client has the media server listed in either the 'additional servers' or 'media servers'. If the media server is not listed, the client returns an exit status 59 (access to the client was not allowed) when a bpcoverage is issued from the media server. Plus it wouldn't explain why the windows console completes the restore with no errors.

Could this be a conflict of java versions between master and media server? I don't know how to tell what versions they are running.
