Problems with R2 file screening

Just downloaded the new Server 2003 R2 trial, and started to use the file screening. I can get the screen running but when i try to add a command when this screen is broken it will not accept it. I want it to run a .bat file that will notify me of what has been stored and by who (already created), but anything I put (UNC, local or command) just throws up an error saying that it is invalid, too long or doesnt exist. Anyone else experienced the same difficulties?
Help appritiated.
