problems with opening an EXCEL file with crystal -- password protected

hi ,

I am having trouble opening a password protected excel sheet via Crystal XI.

The error i am getting is some error code, cannot decrypt file etc even when putting the right password

any suggestions anyone?

If you can open the Excel in Excel using its password, then you could paste it to another Excel without protection.
