Everyone in our office has successfully migrated to Exchange except for our general manager. His laptop is loaded with windows 98 (everyone else is 2000 except one other 98) and Outlook 2002 (everyone else is 2000 Pro). When attempting to do anything in the Mailbox his Outlook crashed. I re-installed with no help. I then installed Outlook 2000 and had simalar problems, although instead of Ill Ops he is know getting the message that "Network Problems are Preventing Outlook from talking to Exchange server"
There is no other evidence of problems with the network from his computer or anyone else. Log in is fine, browsing is fine, and accessing files from other areas of the server is also fine.
What should I be looking for? Upgrade him to Windows 2000?
