Problems with exchange 2003 eating up all disk space

Hey,

I've installed exchage server 2003 on a partition that is 25.1 Gb.

At first everything looked okay. But now it eating 1 Gb a day and i am soon to run out off disk space.

Exchange is the only software installed on this partition.

Here are the directorys with corresponding size.

adress : 366Kb
Bin : 137Mb
CONNDATA : 2.0Kb
ExchangeServer_NTSNO008: : 285Kb
exchweb : 44.3Mb
mailroot : 0 Bytes
MDBDATA : 9.0Gb
MTADATA : 2.95Mb
NTSNO0008.log : 0 Bytes
OMA : 3.40Mb
Res : 21.5Mb
Schema: : 209Kb
SRSDATA : 54.1Mb

AS you can see there shoul be a lot off empty space but the are something here thats eats up the empyt space on the partition.
Can somyebody please help me??

In the MDBDATA folder do you have a backlog of log files? If you aren't using a backup software that flushes commited logs they are just going to sit there and build up and eat up space. Most of your standard backup software packages come with exchange plugins that allow you to flush those logs.
 
I would check the badmail folder as well. If he is not on SP1 then that folder will fill up quite quickly as well.
