I am encountering this problem with images in email signatures. I have a client with Word set as email editor and using RTF. The email signature image is visible to the recipient when sent to Office 2000/Outlook 2002 contacts but not when sent to Office XP/Outlook 2002 contacts. Both contacts use the same Exchange set up and the same ISP.
So far I have trawled the Microsoft support sites and this excellent forum but this problem is very specific as the Office 2000 contacts can see the image, but not the XP ones. Changing to HTML format for email is not an option because of the way the client works with Word and Outlook.
The image is embedded in the signature, not located on the Internet, and I have tried it both with setting the send options to convert to HTML or send in Outlook rtf, both with the same result. Has anyone any ideas please?
Thanks for any help.

Well, we had a similiar problem, using sigfonts, and had to go to sigfont.com and ask if they had a XP fix, they said that they were aware of the XP problem and were working on a fix...

Thanks for the info, sounds like we may have a little bug in XP.
