Take one memory stick out and try running windows. Then try the other one. I have a feeling you have a bad stick of memory.

Hi EF,
I have done all of that even tried different brand of ram. Wih ou the bionic program running every thing is good. It is at around 50%CPU load which that is what puzzles me the mostI use the same program on several other machines and don't have a problem. I checked for bad caps found none. The machine only runs about 117f at this load. I may have to pay the price for better quality ram. One other thing is the MoBo specs call for Pc2100 0r Pc2700 so I may have to go down from the Pc3200 I'm useing. The guy that gave me the thing said he ran Pc3200 with no problem. But pulled it for another machine.
Thanks

pc2100,2700 and 3200 are all the same as type wise so you shoudlnt have any problems on that part.

Have you tried bios update?

Also is the program version beta?

Just taking a shot in the dark here lol.

Have not done an upgrade to the bios. The program I'm not sure if it is beta or not but the same one on 5 other machines. And they are working okay. But all are good thoughts. I'm good with this stuff most of the time but this one has been back and forth for the past 3 days working weird. I may try an older version of the Bionic.
Thanks for the help. I'll keep digging also.
