I've problems with calling from Call Log on IP Phones (16xx & 56xx). On 54xx works fine.

I get a call from 0088322444 (first 0 is prefix from provider).
When I try to call this number back it dials 010088322444.
For some reason it adds 01, but only on IP phones (16xx, 56xx), NOT on digital phones (54xx).

System SC:
?
Dial
.
Li.Gr. Main (ARS)

in ARS (Main) sh. code is set up:
0N;
0N"@<WAN IP>;user=phone"
Dial
li. gr.: 20 (SIP Line)

We're using SIP trunk with DDI. SIP URI is set as Use User Data. In user's SUP tab is entered providers SIP ID: 100777+internal number = 10077755

In 46xxsettings.txt SET PHNNOL=0 is set

Anyone had similar problems?

Regards,

Make sure the IP Phone is actually download the file from the TFTP server. Watch in the TFTP log windows in manager (or whatever TFTP server you use). It may not be getting the configuration changes from the 46xxsettings file.

The SET PHONNOL line is uncommented (i.e. no ## next to SET)?

SET PHNOL=0 is without ##

I've tried both TFTP/HTTP on Embedded VM and 3rd party, same result.

I get an error on TFTP log when using HTTP on Embed. VM.:

28. oktober 2008 12:17:43 : Received BOOTP request for 001b4f025936, 0.0.0.0:68, unable to process
28. oktober 2008 12:17:49 : Received BOOTP request for 001b4f053b06, 0.0.0.0:68, unable to process

In Manager / System -> TFTP & HTTP Server I have IP address of IPO

IPO500 R4.2(4)

regardless of error above, it seems files like 16xxsettings & 46xxupgrade do upload to IP phone, no error is reported on a phone...

Now I have 3rd party DHCP (MS Windows 2003). Done every thing per IP Phone Installation Manual, but IP phones can't see File Server...
a week ago worked without problems, but now this IP phones are giving me headache...

can anyone help?

Ok, fixed the problem with callback of missed calls from call log.
I had to fix line SET PHNOL "" not 0, because operator is sending prefix 0 with incoming number.

I've set static ip addresses (also for TFTP/HTTP) for IP phone and it receives 46xxsettings.txt ...

It seems something is wrong with DHCP...

Be sure you set it as FILESRVR and not FILESRV or SVR

ACA - Implement IP Office
ACS - Implement IP Office

In Win2003 DHCP under 242 Option it was set to TFTPSRVR, not HTTPSRVR, that's why it wasn't working...

At first it was set to HTTPSRVR, I'm sure of that ...
maybe some co-worker changed it :)
