Hi all,
I'm actually monitoring four nodes using Centillion 100-BH5000.Very often now, leds on hubs start blinking for unknown reasons and VLAN configured for these ports stop working.I can still ping hub and switch but the VL is not working anymore. The only solution to solve the problem is to power down the chassis and power it up after.
Can anybody help me knowing what is going on???I'm using Optivity for HP Openview 7.0.1,but this don't help much.
Thanks,
Fabrice

This could be a code related problem with the 5000BH, what sofware version are you using as some of the early version were not SNMP management friendly. Also your Optivity is this the Campus version for Windows as this is a fairly old version and you should be looking at using 9.2 which is now available. Beware with software upgrades as there maybe compatibility issues between you version of Optivity and later code releases.
