Problems with a delete mdf file

My dba delete customers.mdf, then the only that i have is the customers.ldf file...

I create the structure of the db customers agains, it´s empty, exists any way to obtain my database again....

Your dba is an IDIOT.

You may restore your database from a backup. If you have a backup for database. If no ... by by db
