PROBLEMS WITH 2621XM SDM

Hi,

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing the SDM to not load on a newly purchased 2621xm multi access router?
What happens is I get as far as the SDM launch page and it asks for 'telnet connections'? how do I set this up. I thought i entered those on the first logon box?

sorry that's 'telnet credentials' not 'telnet connections'
