Problems Starting Server Service

Hey Everyone,

when I try to start the Server Service on my NT 4.0 Workstation system (P-III, 256MB RAM, Dell Optiplex, I get the following error: "Not enough server storage is availiable to process this command". There is plenty of availiable physical ram, and 700+ Megs of free space on a drive with a 250Mb swapfile, SO WHAT'S WRONG????

Try re-install of service pack....
