PROBLEMS SIZING FLASH IN BROWSERS

I'm desperate for help on this one, as soon as possible !
I've got a particular Flash file that I'm importing into frames within Dreamweaver, but unlike other Flash files within the same frame this one isn't resizing to the browser window. Everything else works ok and I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure why this file doesn't.
I'm working in percentages as regards scale.
