Problems priting a document with image (sent to back) behind the text

In word 2000 i have a doc that has an has some tbales and text in. They have put a faint image sort of like a watermark in it and sent it to back. On print preview it looks fine but when i print it buts the image infront. When I print from office XP it works fine but all my users here on 2000 at the mo!

Your WATERMARK ought to be inserted in the HEADER. Format Picture/Layout Tab: - Behind Text.
