Problems joining domain on win 2k

We are setting up new win xp machines on our domain. When I try to join the domain it gives me this error.

"Your computer could not be joined to the domain. You have exceeded the maximum number of computer accounts you are allowed to create in this domain."

Is there a way to raise or reset the max number?
Our server is win 2k.
