problems installing W2K w/SP4, continuous reboots 2

at the end of the Text Mode before going to the GUI...

What logs can I check to see where is the error? What troubleshooting tips can you offer?

take out all cards except for video cards, then swap memory if the problem exists.

Is this a clean install on a newly fdisked hard drive? With 2k you don't need to format so skip that and let 2k do it. I'm not sure if 2k will also partition the drive but if it will let it do that too.

Check the power management settings in the BIOS some times sp4 will want it disabled in the BIOS some times not.
