Hello,

I'm trying to set up DDIs using MSN and flexi DID tables, and PGM146 is mentioned in the manual as important.

Any settings I've tried in the fields available result in a loss of connection, and I have to reset the LDK-100 to reestablish a connection.

Do I have to confirm correct settings elsewhere in order to allow correct configuring of PGM146 entries?

Cheers

If PGM 146 do not exist, just skip that step.

Try this w/o PGM146...

Hi doktor,

Thanks for the guide.

I've followed it exactly, but the DDI I'm experimenting with is not working for me. Currently, all DDI numbers ring on all stations assigned to hunt group 620.

PGM 230 is set to: 3 + #***

Can you please confirm I'm doing the following correctly?

a = area code (without the 0)
d = first 4 digits of DDI

PGM 201
Index 1 = adddd

PGM 231
Delete Data
Init Data
Get Data
DID Name = YodAboY
Day dest = Station 706

Thanks for your help!

Oops, left something out above

PGM 231
Delete Data (clear database?)
Init Data (Restore default?)
DID Table Index = 276
DID Name = YodAboY
Day dest = Station, 706 (my station number)

dddd276 continues to ring all stations in hunt group 620

Cheers

The "How to program a PRI (ISDN30) in ipLDK-100/300", that I made here in this forum is based on version 3 of the product and as you have version 2, it is different.
I will return with some comments...

I found the conversion table.
LDK-100 s/w version 2.0 versus <-> version 3.x

PGM 230 BTN 1 <-> PGM 146 BTN 5
PGM 230 BTN 2 <-> PGM 146 BTN 6
PGM 200 BTN 4 <-> PGM 146 BTN 2

This should help you out.
The settings are the same in the PGM's.

///doktor

1.
PGM 230 BTN 1 <-> PGM 146 BTN 5
PGM 146 + button 5.
This should be set to 3 as the station numbers are 3 digits long.
2.
PGM 230 BTN 2 <-> PGM 146 BTN 6
PGM 146 + button 6.This field should be set to: " #*** " telling the system that the first 5 digits are fixed (#) and the 3 last one can be variable.
3.
PGM 200 BTN 4 <-> PGM 146 BTN 2 (this was missing)...
Set to OFF so the prefix (dialing destination to the CO), is not sent to the CO (public exchange).

The DDI number ccccc76 corresponding to the internal number 706 should be programmed in PGM231 like this:

DID Table Index = c76
DID Name = YodAboY
Day dest = Station, 706 (my station number)
Night dest = Station, 706 (my station number)
Weekend dest = Station, 706 (my station number)

and, yes...
"PGM 230 is set to: 3 + #***" -> yes, correct.

Thanks doktor,

Unfortunately, initial experiments have not proved fruitful so far. I shall persist though!

Am I right in thinking that the area code should be included in PGM 201?

Maybe I need to log incoming data to see where things are falling over. Do you know if this is easily achievable?

Cheers

IN PGM201 the fixed numbers of the DDI serie is written.
If a DDI number consists og 8 digit and the last 3 are the variables, then write the 5 first digits here.

Logging is almost not existing, so give us screen shots - to post here...

The SLOTs 1+2+3 are for local extensions STA and the 6th SLOT is for CO lines.
To me it looks alright.
Are there any problems?

///doktor

OK, I saw your problem description.

Maybe you should use the keyset (telephone) programming.
Login from the first LKD phone (digital) phone and press [TRANS/PGM] + * + # + [TRANS/PGM].
Then enter the PGM number as described in the "How to program a PRI in ipLDK-100".
