Hi, I am having a heck of a time booting to a Solaris 10 Disk 1 I just downloaded and wish to install on this system. The first boot cdrom command here was from my attempt to boot using the Sol10 Disk 1. The second attempt was using an older Solaris 8 CD. Which mind you was the CD I used to install Sol8 on this system to begin with.
The CDs are good because they auto-mount just fine while the system is up and running. I read something that might point towards an "alias" problem but I don't know how to fix that if it is an alias problem. Any thoughts??
also below is a scsi probe output....
thx
