Problems backing up Exchange in BrightStor 11.5

Hello all,

We are running Exchange 2007, SP1 in a clustered environment. The backups are pointed to our cluster name. Backups are run on BrightStor r11.5 SP4 (Build 4490).

We recently lost a domain admin (our primary exchange/backup admin) and needed to change the passwords to our service accounts. One of the accounts that was changed is our backup agent. Suddenly, I'm getting the following error when trying to run our existing backup job:

Failed to lock the SharePoint topology.


We are using the same account with the new password. I have changed the passwords within this job as well as the Server Admin password. Most (but not all) of the other jobs are running with this same username and the new password. I can't find a reference to this "Sharepoint topology" message anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.
