Problems accessing v-mail remotely

One of my users is having trouble accessing voice mail remotely (from her home). Everyone else does not seem to have that problem. The switch and our Audix voicemail is confiured correctly. My thought is that it is something on the provider side. Any ideas why this one person can't access remotely.
 
Does she have problems dialing into other numbers in your DID range? I had this problem once and it was an I.O. error. They were still hitting just the # for their extension at home. Yes it happens.

No ther problems. Just when trying her own voicemail from her house.
 
Is she using a cell phone, and if not does she have more than one phone and do all phones have trouble? Some cheap phones don't put out long enough or pure enough tones. Is she using dsl phone?
 
What exactly is the problem or error?

Can she dial the number and is it successful? (or was it fast busy or other?)
Does Audix Pickup and say "Welcome to Audix..."?
Does she know how to use Audix from inside the office?
Is she dialing a toll free number? (If so, do you have any specific area codes blocked on the toll free number?)



 
I'll ask her about the cheap phones. That sounds like it could be ther problem. As far as Audix ansering...Yes hse does receive the "Welcome to Audix" message. Her login just does not work. She will receive an "incorrect password" message. It sounds like a cheap phone. Thanks for everyone's help. I'll check out this one problem.
