do have a DHCP server installed?
if yes, what is the IP scope range of the DHCP. then make sure of the clients that don't see the Domain, if thier IP's are in the same scope. Make sure they don't have APIP addresses.

Two things to check on your server:
1. Right Click on Network Places and select properties. Select the advanced drop down menu and then select advanced settings. On the adapters and bindings tab verify that the local area connection is at the top of the list. If not, then highlight it and click on the up arrow until it is at the top. Click OK.
2. Right click on Local area Connection and select properties. Make sure that 192.168.0.2 is listed as your primary DNS server.

Do you have ICS set up on the server?
