problem with Unix and NT4.0 print queue on hp laserjet printer

Hi everybody !

My problem is the printer look ready but all the print job was stuck in the print queue. If i reboot the printer, it's start printing after a couple of minute. It's look like the printer is not release by a Unix job. I try to stop/restart the spooler on NT delete all the job but it's don't work....

Any idea...
