Problem with test application using CR9

I have finished modifying a VB application using CR9 for its reporting tool. I have two reports written inside the application itself as Designer (.dsr) files with a report viewer created for each one - these are the ones that were modified -- , and the rest of the original reports are still outside of the application.

When the print function is used to call up these two modified reports, it is supposed to show a pop-up window containing a print preview of the report.

The application worked OK on my machine, but when I installed on a user's machine and tested it out, the pop-up window did not show up at all.

When I un-installed CR9 from my machine and tested it out, it did not work for me either until I re-installed CR9.

Am I look at a licensing issue in this situation or am I doing something wrong?

Did you get an error instead? It might be the case that you are missing a .dll from your installation package.

I did not create an installation package; I only created the .exe file.
