I have created a pop up form that is related to the main form. However when I add a new record to the main form the subform does not automatically get updated.
The Main form has a field called serial number, and I have created a relationship with the new table for the pop up form that has a field called number.
There is a one to many relationship between the main form and the pop up form.
When a new serial number is entered and the pop up form opens any data that is entered is not related to the original serial number, and the number field in the pop up forms table is blank.
If anyone can offer any assistance it would be appreciated. I think I have missed something simple in my set up but I cant figure it out.
