Hi,
I have done this :
- created a shortcode to add a prefix 0 when dialing out :
[0]N
N
Dial
0

- created a short code to show my number when dialing out :
?
.S467595993
Dial
0

but this doesn't work, I never see 0467595993 when I dial out.
Why ?

The only thing I found is this short code :
0N
NS467595993
Dial
0

But there is a problem with this : the calling number (for example 204) is replaced by 467595993 in the SMDR tickets ...

So, is there any solution to :
- add a prefix
- Place any digits into the outgoing call's Calling Number field
- show the right extension dialing in the SMDR ticket

Thanks in advance

just mix them together

[0]N; (let op de punt comma)
NS467595993
Dail
0

this will send the number from any extension

if you don't want this than you make it like this

[0]N;
N
Dail
0

ps dont forget the secondairy dailtone

Hi,
thanks for your answer
But the problem is I want to show the correct extension dialing in the SMDR ticket.
With such a short code, I see "467595993" in the field CallingNumber of SMDR

Any suggestions ?

I assume this is a T1/PRI and not analog trunks? On some US digital trunks the CO will send CLI information for you and you will need to ask them to stop and instead pass through the transmitted information.
