Problem with sending email through Word

I have a client that when she sends a file from MS Word by doing File, Send To, Mail recipient the email attaches 2 things:

header.htm
image001.wmz

What happens is when I open the email these 2 attachments are there and when you open the .wmz it plays that last video that the recipient has viewed. Very odd.

I have looked up .wmz and it is a Windows Media Compressed Skin File -

I have given her a fresh profile, cleaned out the normal.dot

Any suggestions or have you seen this before?
