I have been asked to check out a problem with our Outlook/Exchange that seems to have begun following our upgrade to Exchange 2000.
The problem effects all users that have rules set up to forward e-mail to an external e-mail address. All other rules seem to be working OK and these particular rules worked prior to the upgrade but don't seem to be working now. I tried setting up a rule like this in my Outlook and ran it and found that it runs and I get "Sent Items" for every e-mail that was forwarded but the forwarded e-mails never arrive at their destination. Has anyone else run into a problem like this? Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.
