Problem with roaming profiles and IE Favorites

Hello all, I have a w2k domain controller and 3 load balanced w2k citrix xp servers. I have IE published, and roaming profiles enabled for Terminal sessions. When my users login and run IE, the favorites are missing. The only thing that can be seen is "add to favorites" and "organize favorites".

Any attempt to add a favorite fails with no errors, and if you browse to the users profile it still has the default favorites.

All servers involved have the latest service packs and patches.
