Hi, I'm having a problem with revers dns lookup. I have serveral servers I am hosting to the internet from my company. When people to an NSLOOKUP on the FQDN:

getftp.globalconnected.net
they get a non-authoritative response: 12.47.67.141

When they try to do an NSLOOKUP on the IP, they get:
Non-existent host/domain '12.47.67.141'

My question is why? How can I fix this?

The servers are located at my facility, but the DNS is hosted by another company. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Thanks.

AT&T have the reverse zone. You'd have to speak to them.
