Problem with RAID option

Hi,

I am using Arcserve ver 11.5 with the tape RAID option. I have configured the RAID option and when I do a backup the data gets written simultaneously to two tapes (as it should). If I attempt to do a restore with the RAID tapes via the restore by session view, however, I receive the following message "cannot submit the run now job due to unavailable group or backup devices", yet the RAID backup completed successfully and the required tapes are the ones in the drive. Can anyone offer any solutions to this problem? Thanks.

From the Device manager window make sure the drives are idle.
Also from there ck the group name the drive is in, and then make sure that group name is specified in the job.

Try restarting the Tape Engine.
Power down the computer, then the drives, then power up the drives wait a few minutes and then power up the server.
