Problem with Outlook 2002 and Norton AntiSpam 2004

Recently installed Norton Antispam 2004. After installation, when users switch Outlook 2002 profiles they receive this error message:

Visual C++

Program C:{directories}/OUTLOOK.EXE

App. requested the program to terminate it in an unusual way. Contact App the Outlook team for more info.

Checked Microsoft's knowledge base, but no luck.

Any suggestions?

I get this problem also, along with a variety of other problems that Norton AntiSpam has caused - I've been testing it for a couple months and I don't like it yet. What a mess. I'm using Outlook 2000 SP3, and I read somewhere that there is an issue between NAS and Outlook SP3, but I don't yet know what the issue is or how it's solved.
