Problem with online Help

Hi

I have a user who cannot select any items from the list in the Answer Wizard pane. When she double-clicks them, nothing happens. The problem seems to be limited to only VB6. Any Ideas??

we have now narrowed this down to ADO and DAO help topics but still no idea as to what is causing it.
