I have a 12GB Maxtor hard drive. I partitioned out 2GB to use as the C: drive. I run the install and it appears to complete correctly. Problem is when I try to boot the system it tells me that the Operating System cannot be found. I have EZ-BIOS installed on the computer but it still doesn't work. I do suspect a BIOS problem as this is an old Pentium Pro 200Mhz computer. The BIOS on the system now is PhoenixBIOS 4.05. This is on a Micorn Pro2 system, motherboard is Micronics W6LI S-01. Anyone have any suggestions?

P.S. it works fine when I install using a 500MB drive but 500MB is too small for our purposes.

Aloha,

James

It works with a 500MB drive, not a 500MB partition. Unless there is a way I can actually combine space on two drives and still have the computer consider it as one drive.

Thanks,

James

why not install the OS to the 500meg thenn use 12 GB as data drive...
