Problem with Notebook PC

I own an IBM ThinkPad 600. Sometimes when I boot up, I get the errors 173, 163, and 192. I think it they are due to a bad chip or something. If I'm wrong, what is causing these problems, and can they be fixed.

The support page at IBM also needs to know the machine type [4-digit number, 2645 or 2646] and model [3-digit alpha-numeric].

The type is 2645. Where do I find the model number. I've looked all over and cannot seem to find it.
