Problem with Northwind Orders Form

When selecting a different Customer on Northwind Order Form, the Order ID doesn’t match the Customer and all Order information doesn’t changed. After searching the MS website, I found Q291553 - ACC2002: Example of Row Fix-Up in the Northwind Orders Form. But can’t figure out how to fix this issue. Can some one give me the details how to fix this issue?
