Problem with ISA 2k4 installation

I had the bright idea of installing ISA 2k4 without reading the tech sheet at 1 AM in the morning. The install went fine. I configured the server using the template to allow everyone all access out. Just to get it going first. My problem that i was having was my internal clients could not ping, use exchange, or access the server in any way. The server however could ping any client, access the shares of any client and rdp into any client. One thing i noticed that was wierd was in RRAS i noticed that the local host ip with not 127.0.0.1, I don't rememmber what it said but it was like none or unassigned or something. Is there some step that i'm missing with the default installation that allows internal clients to access the server? I wound up reinstalling ISA 2k.
