Problem with Importing Emails fro Netscape 7.1 to Outlook 2003

I need to transfer my emails, accounts and settings from Netscape 7 Email client to Microsoft OutlookXP 2002 or 2003.

Any one knows how to do it? Or if there is any workaround?
