Hi, i would like to ask..
I'm using a cable connection.
I'm using windows xp, and i've set my IIS to PORT : 8899
to allow my friend from the internet to view my website,
i give him but it doesn't work, it is not accessible at all. Is it that there is any security setting in XP that disallowed people to access my ip?

I've done it in Windows 98 (but using abyss webserver and set the port to 8899) and it works pretty well, my friend can access it through the internet.. anyone can solve my prob?

can add me to ur msn messager
