Hi folks,
I am trying to use a hyperlink field in my database to link to external .tif files to display scanned images when selected.
According to my understanding of the Access "help" details, if I don't want an absolute hyperlink address I can make a relative address by putting the just the filename in my hyperlink field and put the preceding full directory path under the files\database properties\summary setup tab. I can only get the hyperlink to work if I put the full address including path into the hyperlink field, even though the .tif files are in the same directory as the database.
Any ideas?
