Using Metraframe XP FR3 with Web Interface, when some of my users check "Full screen", they are not really in full screen but in about 3/4 full screen.
Reading posts about this problem, I noticed that this problem occurs when a same user logs with his profile on different kinds of PCs (having different resolutions/graphic cards).
The "solution" is to delete the profile on the Citrix Server. But this is a violent solution...
So my question is: what is the file, resgistry key ... or the setting in the profile which cause this problem, and which can be solved it by its deletion?
