Problem with ftp from hp dl360g7

I can not ftp a backup from an hp DL360G7 server running 5.2.1
I am using cerberus ftp software. I need to get the xml file and a 6.0 migration backup out of the server. The cerberus software works fine on other avaya servers. Any suggestions? Fire wall and ftp are enabled!

same problem when cm was upgraded to 6.0. has anyone been able to make this work?

Can you show an example of your error?
Are you using the web browser for ftp backup?
Can you use linux bash ftp and post the output here?
