Have a friend who recently installed a free waterfall screensaver from the net. Now, when trying to open Freecell, an error message with a general protection fault in cards.dll appears, and the program will not run. Have uninstalled the screensaver, ran system file checker, restored Freecell and cards.dll from the cab files, and ran a spyware check and eliminated all spyware found. Still the program will not run. Any suggestions, as I do not know much about how the program runs. Thanks.
