Problem with Exporting to VHS

I need a little help. I've got a project that I've built with some video clips with JPEGs in between the clips. I've exported this as a movie and the resulting AVI file works ok. But when I go to file>Print to Video to export it to VHS, I get a dialog box that says "No clips to build". I'm getting a little pressed for time, so I'd appreciate any help anyone can give.

Well, I found the answer to my question. It can be found here

Basically, I didn't set the work area bar properly in the timeline window.
