I really hope someone can help me. We purchased an Acer Travelmate C310 Tablet PC. I needed to set up a dial-in connection to our network. I have done this on many laptops and have had no problems.
After it dials the user needs to log in through Terminal Window. However, the username prompt appears but we are unable to type in the window.
We've reset our modems, uninstalled and reinstalled the modem in the laptop, but nothing seems to help.
Acer support told me to "google" the problem because they had no clue. My other option was to send it to Texas (from PA) to be checked out.
If anyone has a solution please share it with me.
