problem with CRM and outlook

When I connect myself with the client ICA WEB al CRM, at the moment of to be synchronized with the outlook the following error gives me:

AppName: wfica32.exe AppVer: 7.0.17878.0 ModName: wfica32.exe
ModVer: 7.0.17878.0 Offset: 00027502

Would be able someone to help me? Himself it may not be being passed that it
