we have big problem with copying data or instalation program
where the program have big size file, when operation executed the windows become blue screen and display error with message VFAT(addres hexa decimal)...bla,bla,bla.
in dos mode the copy operation is not problem. first look i think my Desktop had a fat problem in my hard disk, but after my restructured my disk with fdisk and format again
that problem never lost. we change with another merk of hardisk and got same problem. we try change hardisk
cable disk, OS (win95,win98, win me, win2000) but never succed
my environment Desktop is
Motherboard Iwill WO2 with AWARD BIOS Chipset 815e
Processor 733 with sdram 128M PC 100
vga tnt2 riva m64
hardisk 2,3G ata 33 and 20G ata 66

One possible problem is the small hard drive is almost full, and the swap file is on that same drive. There's just no room for a big file copy. Try moving the swap to the bigger hard drive, and see if this helps. Cheers,
