I have an IP Office Rls 9, using the embedded voicemail. Have recorded continuous loop greeting for 3 mailboxes. Worked fine but now it doesn't loop. Definitely using the option for continuous loop. Does the length of the greeting affect the continuous play? Is there a problem with this feature in release 9? Any suggestions to help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
