Problem with Client personal contacts

We just rebuilt our Citrix servers and now in Outlook, the personal contacts do not show up under the "To" field. It only shows the Global Address list and all contacts etc. How do you link the To to the mailbox presonal contacts?

Well, I figured out how to correct it. This is done under Accounts, add a new directory or address book.

Anyone know how to automate these corrections?
