Problem with Cisco VPN Client 4.xxxx

Hi Guys,
I have a massive dilema. I can VPN in to my PIX 515E 6.3(4) from anywhere anytime with Client 3.6, but if I try 4.xxxx it connects, the virtual interface gets the ip address all good, BUT no traffic pass through, even the routing table looks good. Any ideas?
